Peer Review Process

To ensure the publication of high-quality research, JEDUMI employs a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process.

  1. Initial Desk Review: Upon submission, the Editorial Board evaluates the manuscript to ensure it fits the journal's scope, adheres to author guidelines, and passes a preliminary similarity check (plagiarism screening).

  2. Peer Review: If accepted at the desk review stage, the manuscript is sent to at least two independent expert reviewers. Both the reviewers' and authors' identities remain concealed from each other.

  3. Decision: Based on the reviewers' feedback, the Editor-in-Chief will make one of the following decisions:

    • Accept Submission

    • Revisions Required (Minor or Major)

    • Resubmit for Review

    • Decline Submission

  4. Timeline: The standard review process typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks.
