Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi sistem peminjaman barang berbasis web yang dirancang secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Latar belakang pengembangan sistem ini didasari oleh berbagai permasalahan inefisiensi yang timbul akibat pengelolaan peminjaman barang yang masih bersifat manual. Hal tersebut sering kali memicu kurangnya transparansi serta kendala dalam mengakses informasi mengenai ketersediaan maupun status barang secara seketika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, sekaligus mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem terintegrasi yang mampu mengotomatisasi seluruh alur peminjaman institusional. Metodologi yang diaplikasikan adalah model prototipe yang mencakup serangkaian tahapan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengujian sistem secara komprehensif. Hasil dari implementasi sistem ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi yang sangat signifikan, ditandai dengan reduksi waktu administrasi hingga lebih dari lima puluh persen. Evaluasi kelayakan fungsi melalui pendekatan pengujian black-box mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh fitur sistem beroperasi secara optimal. Survei pengguna juga merefleksikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap antarmuka dan utilitas sistem. Kehadiran platform web ini diproyeksikan menjadi solusi efektif dalam manajemen fasilitas akademik yang lebih modern, transparan, dan terpusat.
