Journal of Intersectionality: Law and Gender is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research on the intersection of law, gender, policy, and Sharia. The journal seeks to provide a forum for scholars and practitioners from a variety of disciplines to explore the complex and often contradictory ways in which these four areas intersect.
The journal welcomes submissions from a variety of perspectives, including but not limited to:
1. Law
2. Gender studies
3. Public policy
4. Sharia
5. Critical race theory
6. Feminist theory
7. Queer theory
8. Postcolonial theory
The journal is particularly interested in submissions that address the following issues:
The intersection of law, gender, policy, and Sharia in specific contexts, such as the Middle East, Eropa, North Africa, and South Asia
The ways in which law, gender, policy, and Sharia can be used to promote social justice
The challenges of implementing intersectional approaches to law, gender, policy, and Sharia

The Journal of Intersectionality: Law and Gender is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. To ensure fairness, transparency, and credibility in scholarly publishing, JACODI strictly adheres to the Core Practices and guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
